It’s our favorite holiday of the year. The one night that we gather to eat, drink, and give thanks. And what wine to serve? In this new class we’ll answer that question and then some, while tasting a great range of wines and giving you 20% off any wines purchased that evening at The Wine Shop.

Expect a night of fast paced discussion on wines for the Thanksgiving holiday. We’ll cover the basics of food and wine pairing, then go into detail about the best wines for the traditional meal and why they work so well. We’ll also cover the ONE SECRET that you have to know when it comes to the Thanksgiving meal and your wine selections.

You’ll also get Twin Cities Wine Education’s cheat sheet for holiday wine pairings, listing great ideas for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and the Fourth of July.

We’ll taste six delicious and affordable wines during our discussion, highlighting why they work great for this particular meal. All wines will be available for purchase.
