Cooking for Wellness: 2-Hour Basics are individual 2+ hour (~2.25 hours) hands-on cooking classes based on single culinary topics. Developed and taught by culinary educators, our classes teach foundational cooking techniques for a healthier lifestyle. Here’s what you will learn in this session:
During each session, participants will learn or re-learn knife skills, basic nutrition and food safety as they prepare recipes with fresh, whole food ingredients. Each session ends with a community meal comprised of the dishes prepared in class. Our expert culinary educators can accommodate ANY dietary preference (vegetarian, vegan, FODMAPS, gluten-sensitive, etc.)
NOTE: We need a minimum of 18 participants. If there are less than 18 registrations one week before the start of the session, the session will be cancelled and your fees will be refunded ($43.50/class*)
