Focaccia is northern Italy’s analog to the south’s pizza. For those who relish the flavor of a good bread, Focaccia can be made however you like, with only a coating of coarse salt, olive oil, and rosemary, or loaded with ingredients like olives, tomatoes, and cheese. How about caramelized onions, walnuts, and blue cheese? We’ll have them! Please bring an 8” cast-iron skillet.
