Zuppa is a delicious winter tradition throughout Italy. With the arrival of chilly days to our region, the ‘soup is on’ at Villa Bellezza! In this interactive cooking class, Chef Antonio will be your guide as you explore a real Chunky Minestrone, a rich Cream of Wild Mushrooms, a Roasted Garlic and Prosciutto soup, closing with a heart-warming Venetian Spinach and Polenta Soup, enjoying each soup creation with homemade crusty bread.
Plan to join us for a pre-class social hour at 5pm in Sala del Vino. You’ll be greeted with a glass of our sparkling Brillante. As you cook through each soup, you will taste wines Chef Antonio has selected to pair with each soup in this menu! Wine will also be available for purchase should you wish to enjoy a glass of your favorite Villa Bellezza wine during class, or purchase bottles to take home.
This cooking class is $75/person. Guests are invited to come early for a pre-class social hour beginning at 5pm. You’ll be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and appetizers upon arrival.
Required: A minimum of 8 students are needed for each class.*
