Join us for our Fall cocktail classes, hosted by our very own Bennett Johnson & Bryce Laine. Each of the six classes features the same content, so you only need to sign up for one. Space is limited to the 18 seats around the bar, so sign up fast! 

The interactive class will feature four different seasonal cocktails. Bennett and Bryce will discuss techniques, history and theory behind the drinks and will give you tips to make them at home.

Surdyk’s Cheese Shop will pair each round with a selection of tasty hors d’ouevres from their shop, along with ideas to pair at home for your next gathering.

The two-hour class will start at 6 p.m. sharp on Monday, October 28th. You’ll also get exclusive discounts for Surdyk’s Liquor & Cheese Shop to help you get started for your next party.

The cost is $60 per person and includes four cocktails, samples and appetizers.
